BioGuard Swim Clear
Swim Clear is a completely soluble, stabilised granular chlorinating product. It goes to work fast, will not cloud the water, and doesn't significantly lower the pH. Swim Clear is excellent for sanitising small above ground pools, especially those without skimmers, and can also be used to superchlorinate.
To use Swim Clear:
I. Perform a complete water analysis and balance.
II. Add 25 - 30 grams of Swim Clear per 10,000 litres directly to the pool with the pump running as an initial application.
III. Test the free chlorine residual every 4 hours. Reapply as needed to establish a chorine residual of 1.5 - 3.0 ppm.
An average daily application of 12 - 15 grams per 10,000 litres is usually needed to maintain proper chlorine residuals.
For superchlorination, broadcast 100 grams of Swim Clear per 10,000 litres into the deep end of the pool with the pump running. Do not swim until the chlorine residual is 5.0 ppm or less.
NOTE: Avoid physical contact with product. Follow safety information on label instructions. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
