Off-Season Operation for Salt Chlorinated Pools
Have your pool water tested by your BioGuard dealer to ensure it is properly balanced.
Adjust the controller on the salt chlorinator downward for less sanitiser generation during the cooler months. If water temperatures become very low (10°C or less), some units may automatically shut down. An alternate chlorine source may be needed during this time.
Decrease the frequency of Salt Pool Sparkle shocks from weekly to monthly.
